Although I did not do the renovations on this page, I planned and designed it. This is to highlight my skills in designing and show that everything is possible.

Before:

To accomplish this I:

had the dividing wall ripped out (ktchen and dining room)

brick exposed; peninsula put in

white washed oak cabinets put in (with smoked glass)

new linoleum, new tile (white tile, grey grout)

new paint

new sink, new tap, garborator, new plumbing

new electrical wiring, new stove top, new lighting

new fridge, new wall oven (cantelever added on)

stairs closed off

patio doors put in (replacing window)

I had the stairs to the basement closed off and replaced by wall oven, microwave and cupboard

Bathroom restoration design:

For this I opted to have the cabinet taken out and replaced with a new toilet.

I had the old tub and toilet taken out and replaced with Jacuzzi corner tub.

I had new plumbing, wiring, tile, linoleum, light fixtures, paint and faucet put in

There is a stackable washer and dryer hidden behind the mirror closet doors.
