Mosaics are my specialty. I use any combination of stone, brick, slate, tile, glass etc...

To achieve this look I:

used floor tile

gold smokey lilac glass beads

dark slate

butter cream grout

Also I:

exposed red brick

cut hole in wall

built a bar

added light fixtures

painted

After:

To achieve this look in this kitchen:
I used Portuguese slate with bone grout and fruit and vegetable designs inlaid using broken plates. The border is cutlery I painted copper, dishes, marzipan fruits, egg shells etc..
